摘要
行星传动设计是一件复杂费时的工作,按常规设计方法,一般只计算少数几个方案,从中选择较好的方案用于生产。本文以具有单齿圈行星轮的NGW N型行星传动设计为例,提出在微型计算机上采用穷举法进行设计计算的方法,并给出了计算机程序的编制法。应用这种设计方法,一般能得到十多个甚至几十个可行设计方案,通过对比,设计者从中不难选出最佳方案。
It's a complex and time-consuming job to design gear train(PGT). Innormal condition,only a few schems are calculated, from which the best canbe chosen for production. In this article, the writer takes the design as an example, supplies astep-by-step method of the design to use microcomputers in the NGWNtype of the PGT, and then offers some computer programming ways. Usingthe method, designers may generally obtain a dozen of or even scores offeasible schemes, and by comparison, they'll easily pick out an optimal one.
