摘要
目的建立大鼠烟曲霉菌性角膜炎的动物模型。方法刮除大鼠角膜上皮后,应用自制硬性角膜接触镜,在角膜面与接触镜之间滴入孢子浓度为107、108、109、1010CFU/ml的5种烟曲霉菌悬液及在两者之间直接涂抹培养的烟曲霉菌,建立模型,并进行病理研究。结果菌落直接涂抹法能稳定且简便的建立模型。108CFU/ml为合适的接种浓度。病理染色显示真菌的生长特点。结论应用自制硬性角膜接触镜和合适的接种方法可以成功建立真菌性角膜炎的大鼠动物模型。
Objective To build a rat fungal keratitis model of AspergiUus Fumigutus. Methods The firth group were doubbed with fungus directly between cornea and the contact lens, the other four groups were dropped with 10^7、10^8、10^9、10^10CFU/ml spores into the space between cornea and hard contact lens and pathological characteristics was observed. Resuits Doub fungus directly was a stabilized and simple method. 10^8CFU/ml spores was the suitable density. Rat fungal keratitis was built successfully. Conclusion Rat fungal keratitis model of Aspergillus Fumigutus can be built successfully with self-made contact lens and suitable method.
