摘要
目的探讨四种不同金属合金制作烤瓷基底冠的边缘密合性。方法分别用钴铬合金、含铍镍铬合金、不含铍镍铬合金、金铂钯合金在统一规格模型上制作铸造金属基底冠32个,每组8个,用同一种粘结剂粘固于代型上,切割成剖面,测试各组冠边缘粘结剂厚度,比较其边缘密合性。结果钴铬合金边缘粘结剂的平均厚度为63.35μm,含铍镍铬合金边缘粘结剂的平均厚度为63.90μm,不含铍镍铬合金边缘粘结剂的平均厚度为68.18μm,金铂钯合金边缘粘结剂的平均厚度为40.74μm。结论钴铬合金和镍铬合金基底冠边缘密合性稍差于金铂钯合金基底冠(P<0.05);钴铬合金和镍铬合金基底冠边缘密合性相比没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Objective To evaluate the marginal adaptation of four based dental alloys. Methods Thirty-two gypsum dies were fabricated from a master standard die and randomly divided into 4 groups. A metal crown was prepared on each die with a different metal material for each group: Co - Cr based dental alloy ,Ni - Cr- Be based dental alloy, Ni - Cr based dental alloy and Au- Pt - Pd based alloy. 32 crowns were adhered to the corresponding model die with zinc poly- carboxylate. All specimens were evaluated under a stereomicroscope at 100 × magnification to measure the adhesive thickhess after sectioned buccolingually in two planes. Results The thickniss of zinc polycarboxylate in Co - Cr based dental crown was 65.35 pan; Ni - Cr - Be based dental crown was 63.90 psn; Ni - Cr based dental crown was 68.18 pan; Au - Pt - Pd based dental crown was 40.74 pan. Conclusion The marginal adaptation in the crown made of Co - Cr based alloys,Ni - Cr based alloys and Ni - Cr- Be based alloys are significant difference with it in the Au - Pt - Pd based alloys (P 〈 0.05) ; There are no difference in Co - Cr based alloys, Ni - Cr based alloys and Ni - Cr - Be based alloys ( P 0.05).
