SUR1基因多态性与脂代谢相关性研究

摘要 目的通过对上海地区2型糖尿病一级亲SUR1基因多态性的研究,探讨SUR1基因对脂代谢的影响。方法上海地区2型糖尿病一级亲共114人。选定SUR1基因16号外显子多态性位点,运用PCR-RFLP方法对每位入选者均进行基因型分析并经测序证实。测定空腹总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯等临床指标。结果高密度脂蛋白胆固醇:c/t基因型高于t/t基因型,差异存在显著性。结论SUR1基因16号外显子-3c→t多态性多态性与胆固醇代谢存在相关性。 Objective To investigate the polymorphism of sulfonylurea receptor 1 gene and the metabolism of blood lipid. Methods One hundred and fourteen type 2 diabetes mellitus family members, the polymorphism of SUR1 exon 16 3c→t were analyzed. The genotype of everyone involved was determined by PCR-RFLP and identified by sequencing. Cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C and triglyceride were measured at the same time. Results The levels of HDL: c/t genotype was higher than t/t genotype. Conclusion The polymorphism in sulfonylurea receptor 1 gene exon 16 - 3c→t was associated with the metabolism of cholesterol.
