摘要 目的观察巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)在大肠癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化技术对43例大肠癌及10例正常大肠组织中的MIF和MMP9蛋白表达进行研究。结果MIF和MMP9在大肠癌中的表达分别为65.1%(28/43)和58.1%(25/43),明显高于正常大肠组织(分别为0.0%和10.0%),二者之间均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。大肠癌MIF和MMP9蛋白表达存在显著正相关(P<0.05)。MIF和MMP9表达与大肠癌组织学类型均无相关性(P>005),但均与Dukes分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关。结论MIF和MMP9高表达在大肠癌转移中发挥重要作用。检测MIF和MMP9表达可作为判断大肠癌预后的客观指标。 Objective:To study the relationship between MIF and MMP9 expression in colorectal carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance. Methods. The expression of MIF and MMP9 in colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues were tested by immunohistochemical method. Results: The positivity rates of MIF and MMP9 in colorectal carcinoma and normal tissue were respectively 65. 1% ,0.0% and 58.1%, 10.0%. MIF and MMP9 were expressed more obviously in colorectal carcinoma tissues than in normal tissues respectively( P 〈0. O1 ). There was significantly positive correlation between the expression of MIF and MMP9 in colorectal carcinoma (P 〈 0. 05 ). MIF and MMP9 expression were significantly correlated with Dukes stage,lymph node metastasis and the degree of cell differentiation of colorectal carcinoma, but not with histological type( P 〉 0 05 ). Conclusion: The expression of MIF and MMP9 are associated with the metastsis of colorectal carcinoma. The detection of MIF and MMP9 can indicate the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
