周剂量紫杉醇联合5-氟尿嘧啶/醛氢叶酸二线治疗晚期胃癌疗效观察

Weekly dose of taxol combined 5-Fu+LV in treat mene of advanced stomach cancer

目的观察周剂量紫杉醇联合5-氟尿嘧啶/醛氢叶酸二线治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效,毒副作用及生活质量的改善情况.方法25例晚期胃癌病人接受紫杉醇(PTX)60mg/m2静点3小时,第1,8,15天;醛氢叶酸(LV)200mg/次静点2小时,第1~5天;5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)350mg/m2静点4~6小时,第1~5天。3周为1周期,2周期为1疗程。所有病人至少接受2周期以上。客观疗效(CR+PR)与毒副作用按WHO标准进行评价,生活质量按临床受益疗效评价。结果25例均可评价疗效,完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)12例,总有效率48%,临床受益反应有效率76%。中位TTP为5.8月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,消化道反应及神经毒性均为I^II级,可以耐受。结论周剂量紫杉醇联合5-氟尿嘧啶+醛氢叶酸二线治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效明显。病人生活质量明显改善,耐受性好。

Objective ： To observe the short term curative effect , toxicity and quality of life with weekly dose of taxol combined 5 - FU ＋ LV treat advanced stomach cancer. Motheds： Twenty five cases with advanced gastric cancer were observed. PTX 60mg/m^2 iv for 3hr ,d1. LV 200mg iv for 2hr, d1 - 5.5 -FU 350mg/m^2 iv for 4 - 6hr, d1 - 5 and repeated every 21 days. To evaluate CR ＋ PR and toxicity refer to WHO standard. Quality of life refer to clinical benefited response. Results： Total effective rate was 48%. Median TIP was 5.8 months. Myelosuppresion ,toxicity of digestive tract and nerve all were Ⅰ - Ⅱ and tolerable . Clinical benefit effect rate was 76%. Conclusion： Weekly dose of taxol combined 5 - FU ＋ LV treating advanced stomach cancer, the short term curative effect was 48%. Quality of life is improved obviously.
