输尿管息肉5例临床分析

Polyp of the ureteral: Report of 5 cases

目的：探讨输尿管息肉的诊断与治疗。方法：对1998年5月-2004年5月收治的5例原发性输尿管息肉的诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果：本组5例均经手术和病理证实为输尿管上皮性乳头状息肉，4例采取输尿管加输尿管开口处膀胱袖状切除，1例行病变处输尿管单切除术加输尿管端端吻合术。4例获得随访，时间为1～13年，均健康生存。结论：膀胱镜检查及逆行输尿管造影是诊断此病的重要方法。治疗以输尿管切除加输尿管开口处膀胱袖口状切除为主要方法，术后应坚持随访。

Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral polyp. Methods： The diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases of primary urteral polyp treated from May, 1998 to May, 2004 were retrorpectively reviewed. Resuits： All these cases were confirmed by operation and pathological detection, 4 cases underwent sleeve resection of bladder at the ureteral orifice or the ureter itself. Simple resection and uriteralend - to - end anastomosis were used in one case at the lesion points. Follow - up were made in 4 cases for 1 - 13 years. All cases survived well in these years. Conclusion： Endoscopy and retrograde ureterography can act as an important role in diagnosing the disease. Ureter resection and sleeve resection are the mains mean method.
