摘要 针对以往大学英语教学中存在的注重传授语言知识而忽略应用能力培养的问题,我们在00级新生中以教授语言知识为主的被动教学转变为以培养综合语言能力为目的的个性化教学模式。它不仅提高了学生的综合能力,而且增强了新教师的业务能力。 To correct the tendency of too much teaching of language knowledge and inadequate training in the actual ability of using the language in college English teaching in the past, we have adopted an individualized teaching mode in Class 00 that stresses the cultivation of comprehensive ability. Our efforts have not only helped raise the students' overall language abilities but also resuhed in teachers' empowerment.
