摘要
隐性德育的特点是通过所有学科和课外活动及环境因素影响等全面的教育活动来进行思想品德教育。开发并规范隐性德育课程,首先须加强学校德育制度和队伍的建设;其次是开发学科教学层面、校园物质层面、学校精神文化层面的隐性德育因素。
Recessive moral education is a kind of school education that needs much attention. Its characteristics are to educate students through various means such as school subjects, extracurricular activities, environment, etc. To develop and bring the course of recessive moral up to the standard, firstly, moral education system and teachers quality should be enhanced; secondly, recessive moral factors concerning school instruction and school environment should be developed materially and spiritually.
