摘要
研究离子注入对高速钢材料的硬度、耐磨性和表面层组成的变化规律。分析离子注入各类刀具特别是滚齿刀工业应用的寿命试验结果。提出了离子注入对高速钢材料及刀具改善物理与机械性能的基本原理和特点,并以滚齿刀为例,进行了经济效益分析。
The Correlation of the hardness, wear resistance of HSS material and itsSurface layer composition that implanted with ions is studied.The analysis oftesting results of the work life of some tools, especially gear tools which istreated by ion implantation and applied in industrial application are given, Andmoreover, it put for word a proposal for fundamentals of improving the physi-eal and mechanical properties of implanted Hss materials and tools, As an example, the economic benefit analysis of ion implanted gear tools are taken.
