通过对浙江万里学院“四季万里”校园文化建设特点的研究,阐述了在高等教育大众化、国际化背景下高校构建校园文化活动体系的具体做法,探索了在全新体制下高校素质教育的改革与实践。

Based on the study of campus culture construction in the activities of four seasons in Wanli,this paper focuses on some specific methods to construct the system of activities for campus culture in universities on the background of popularization and internationalization of higher education.It explores the reform and practice of new system for quality-oriented education.
