“文化生产力”的提出将中国特色社会主义文化建设提高到既要加强精神文明建设又要解放和发展文化生产力的战略高度。发展文化生产力要注意发挥其自身的两个优势,加强文化劳动资料和材科的生产,关照好文化生产过程中的两个要素,把握好发展文化产业的几个关键环节。

The conception of cultural productive force is raised which make Chinese characteristics cultural building get the height that strengthen the building of spiritual civilization and release and develop productive force. Developing cultural productive force should pay attention to the superiority of itself, strengthen the production of implements and material of labor, pay close attention to two factor in the course of cultural product, grasp the tache of developing cultural industry.
