摘要
自SARS、禽流感爆发以来,中国与东盟领导人在多次会议中频频谈及要加强公共卫生安全合作。中国-东盟自由贸易区公共卫生安全合作的运作施行,将对各合作成员以及区域整体的发展起到不可忽视的战略意义。中国-东盟公共卫生安全合作的良好运行,需要科学的区域合作机制作为基础和保障。必须找出构建中国-东盟公共卫生安全合作机制存在的问题和障碍,创建一套科学、本土化的中国-东盟公共卫生安全合作机制。
Since the outbreak of SARS and bird flu, the leaders of CAFTA have talked about public health security cooperation. The cooperation has a unique effect to development of CAFTA. A scientific operational mechanism is necessary for over the the cooperation. We should find out problems and settle them to construct a scientific and localizing CAFTAns public health security cooperation mechanism.
