介绍固体废物处理的方法和面临的问题,分析安徽产煤区的环境问题和矿区复垦情况;提出把安徽省煤炭塌陷区的复垦和固体废弃物处理结合的方法,产生互补优势,来解决环境保护、耕地占用、资金不足以及能源产区的可持续发展的问题。

Introduces the various means used in the disposal of solid wastes, and the challenges in this field as well. It analyzes the environmental problems and the recultivating in coal mining areas in Anhui Province, produces one solution which integrates the disposal of solid wastes with the utilization of the sunk areas resulting from coal mining, exerts their complementary advantages, solves such problems as environment pollution, agrarian land encroaching, monetary insufficiency and provides a feasible way for the sustainable development in the coal mining areas.
