碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与糖尿病肝纤维化的关系

摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibrosis growth factor,bFGF)与糖尿病早期肝纤维化关系密切。近年来研究发现,bF-GF作为多肽促有丝分裂原之一,可通过干扰细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的正常代谢诱导肝星状细胞(Hepatic stellatecell,HSC)增殖,促进肝纤维化的形成。糖尿病长期高血糖状态引起的缺氧诱导bFGF的转录增加并且可以使bFGF的主要受体水平上调从而增加其表达;高血糖状态可直接调节位于bFGF mRNA上的内源性核糖体通路入口位点(internal ribosome entry site,IRES)受体的活性,从而在转录水平上调节bFGF mRNA的表达。可见寻找和利用bFGF的抑制剂,将是以后研究的重点和方向。
