卵巢组织的冷冻保存方案及影响因素

摘要 随着低温生物医学和生殖医学的发展,卵巢组织的冷冻保存成为继胚胎冷冻、卵母细胞冷冻之外保存女性生殖能力又一极具潜力的选择。但目前卵巢组织的冷冻方案还不完善,有许多问题尚未解决。本文就卵巢组织冷冻保存方案及其影响因素进行综述。 With the development of cryobiology and reproductive medicine, eryopreservation ovarian tissue becomes another potential choice succeeding to eryopreservation embryos and ooeytes. But at present the eryopreservation protocols for ovarian tissue is not consummate yet, there are a lot issues unsolved. This paper summarizes the cryopreservation protocols for ovarian tissue and the factors influencing on it.
