摘要
司法文书教学强调实践性,需要转变思维,突破传统教学模式,重新安排教学内容,设计教学环节,从材料出发,灵活运用案例教学,综合法律运行的流程讲授,适应司法实践。
The teaching of judicial documents emphasizes on practice, we need to change the thinking, break the originally traditional teaching pattern, reschedule the teaching content, design the teaching link, use the case teaching flexibly on the condition of material, and teach students with the move process of laws so as to adapt for the judicial practice.
