攀西地区钛资源综合利用技术现状分析与前景展望 被引量:1

摘要 四川攀枝花—西昌地区拥有96.6亿t储量的钒钛磁铁矿,是世界闻名的复合共生矿,其中钛资源约占中国储量的90%,世界储量的40%,其综合利用意义重大。本文分析了攀枝花—西昌地区钛资源综合利用技术现状和发展趋势。从资源条件和特点出发,着眼于综合回收利用钛资源,提出了钒钛磁铁矿综合利用新工艺—转底炉法制备高钛渣技术、快速流化床氯化制备四氯化钛技术及纳米二氧化钛的制备技术并探讨了其可行性及存在问题。 There are a total amount of 9.66 billion tons of vanadium - bearing titaniferous magnetite resource in, Panzhihua - Xiehang area,Siehuan. It is well - known in the world that the vanadium - bearing titaniferous magnetite is a sort of complex - intergrowth ore. Thereinto titanium resources is 40% of the world reserves ,90% of the Chinese reserves, the comprehensive utilization of which is crucial to the development of titanium industry technology in China. The present status of the comprehensive utilization of titanium rcsourees and its related new technologies were reviewed and analyzed. In terms of the resources eharaeteristics, and in order to fully utilize titanium in the ore, we proposed a new process based on rotary hearth furnace to produce high - grade titanium slag, the technology of muti - grade fast fluidized bed to produce titanium tetraehloride, and the novel method to solve the sealing and dogging of the oxidation furnace and the preparation technology of novel nanometer titania are introduced. The probability and underlying problems of the new technology has also been discussed.
