There are many problems in the undergraduate thesis of Accounting major of Open Education. Though there are various causing factors, the teaching process and its taches are in the leading position. In order to change the present situation, we must carry out the teaching innovation from the following five aspects： strengthen the enrollment education, setting up the guiding website for thesis, innovating the course practice, adding thesis reading and writing exercise items into the workbook, and attaching importance to the supplementarycourses.
