Li Tie has written a large number of novels about the life in the factory. There is a great difference between his novels of earlier and later periods, form displaying the simple and poetic life to producing the art with ＂humane care＂ because of being from anxiety to survival. He does not just criticize the phenomenon in a simple way but is full of trust in face of life; he pays close attention to the reality of the workers＇ life, describing the inner mind of the female workers in a detailed way, all of which reveal the maturity of his thought and art technique. The glamour of Li Tie＇s novels not only has something to do with his life state, work experiences, but also the aesthetic principle of his art, from which we can see the unique meaning of these novels.
