“一切依靠群众”是我们党群众路线的核心问题。建设有中国特色的社会主义是一项前无故人的事业,前进中必然会遇到各种各样的困难与矛盾,只有紧紧依靠广大人民群众才能最终实现我们的奋斗目标。党组织和广大党员要真正做到“一切依靠群众”,必须同时具备充分相信群众、一切为了群众和密切联系群众这三大前提。

The Theory of Everything Relies on the Masses is the key problem of the mass line that the CPC follows. To build socialism with Chinese characteristics is the cause without precedent in history, which will inevitably be confronted with various difficulties and contradiction on the onward road. Only relying on the talents of the masses closely can we realize our objectives of struggles. When they really accomplish it, the Party organization and numerous party members must satisfy three prerequisites at the same time.
