摘要
利用XTL-3小型提升管催化裂化试验装置,RHZ-200和RHZ-300混合催化剂,对孤岛蜡油的催化裂化反应性能随操作条件的变化进行了初步考察。在其他条件相同时,剂油比的增加使单程转化率明显提高,但对轻质油收率和产品的选择性没有影响。这意味着,增加剂油比可以提高提升管的处理能力或降低装置能耗。
The catalghc cracking Performance of Gudao P8raffin-base crude on a catalyst mixture of RHZ-200and RHZ-300 under different operation conditions is studied with a XTL-3 pilot riser catalytic cracking unit. When otheroperation conditions are constant,the increase in ratio of catalyst to oil(C/O) can obviously raids the rate of once-throushconversion without affecting the recovery of light oil and the selectivity of products. This means that the increase in C/Oratio can increase the capadty of riser. or reduce the energy consumption of unit.
