淀粉类聚合物在钻井液中的热稳定性研究 被引量:12

摘要 用动力学方法研究了改性淀粉类聚合物:土豆改性淀粉(Drp-Ⅱ)、予凝胶化淀粉(BPS)和羧甲基淀粉(CMS)在钻井液中的降解机理。研究结果表明三种聚合物的降解机理为动力学一级降解,经拟合认为半衰期与老化温度呈指数关系,且得出三者在钻井液中的耐温序列及失效最高温度。 The Paper studied the machanism of degradation of DFD-Ⅱ;BPS and CMS in drilling fluids by usingthe method of kinetics, and found that the desradation mechanism of these three kinds of polymers are all of the first-orderreaction in the region of the study. Fittins of the data obtained revealed that there existed an exponential relationship be tween the half-life and the aging temperature. The order of heat resisting ability and the highest temperatllre to loss effi-ciency of these three polymers were also obtained.
