摘要
捻转血矛线虫免疫机理的研究是研制捻转血矛线虫疫苗研究的基础和关键。随着捻转血矛线虫免疫机理研究的深入,已经清楚捻转血矛线虫的免疫机理主要包括“快速排斥”和“迟发性排斥”2种排斥机制。在这2种排斥机理中起主要作用的是CD4+T淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、分泌特异性抗体(IgA、IgE、IgG1)的B淋巴细胞和能引起Ⅰ型变态反应的肥大细胞。其中CD4+T淋巴细胞受到抗原刺激后会向CD4+Th2型T细胞方向发展并起主导作用。在不同的条件下这些细胞和特异性抗体的出现会有所不同,特别是采取不同的抗原免疫动物时这种不同反应会很明显。本文着重阐述了捻转血矛线虫的免疫机理及其在不同抗原刺激条件下机体的反应,希望对研究和开发抗捻转血矛线虫疫苗有所帮助。
The immunity mechanism of Haemonchus contortus is crucial to develop Haemonchus contortus vaccine. Following the series research, we know there are two major rejection mechanism involved in this mechanism: rapid rejection and delayed rejection. The CD^4+ T lymphocyte, Eosnophils, B lymphocyte which can secrete specify antibody and the mast cell induce type-Ⅰ allergy. The CD^4 + T lymphocyte which on the developmental direction to CD^4 + Th2 after stimulated by Haemonchus contortus antigen plays major function in the immune process. In different case the appear of what kind of cell and antibody will be different, the difference will be more apparently especially after adopted different antigen to immune. In this review we expound the immunity mechanism of Haemonchus contortus and the different response of sheep immune by different antigen. We hope it will benefit to Haemonchus contortus vaccine research and exploit.
