乳化酸配方及其工艺技术的研究与应用

Research and Application of Emulsified Acid For-mulation and its Technological Process

针对低渗透碳酸盐岩油气藏和川中大安寨油气层的地质特点以及四川油气田尚无适应油井改造及强化增产酸化作业技术的现状，研制出了ＣＴ１－１１乳化剂及其用于油井酸化施工的乳化酸配方及工艺技术。本文介绍了ＣＴ１－１１乳化剂的制备、乳化酸特点及配方性能、中试及现场应用结果等内容。经２２井次应用试验，施工成功率为１００％，总有效率达８０％以上，油气增产效果显著，具有良好的应用前景。

Based on the SPecial geolosical characteristics of loW permeability carbonate oil-gas reservoir andChuanzhong Daanzhai oil-gas reservoir, and the current situation that yet there is no suitable technique specially aimed at the oil well modification and enhanced reco very operation of such kind,emulsifier CT1-11 and the formulation of emulsified acid as well as operation technology uSed in oil well acidiring have been developed. This poper prcments the preparation f the special feature and the performance of emulsified acid and the results of pilot tact and field application,etc. Theresults of application in 22 oil wells show that the rate of operation success is 100%, the overall effeCtiveness is 80% ormore, the increase in oil and gas production is Signficant,and there lies a gab application prospect.
