Taking spatial database standard TIGER as an example, this paper introduced the data model and organizational form of TIGER in detail. It also analyzed the principle of describing spatial objective information by TIGER/Line. It introduced the spatial object topological model as a kind of example which implemented actually. It enables readers to understand more deeply about spatial object＇s form and is useful for the reference of spatial data standardization in the future.
