摘要
本文根据现场不同板宽、不同轧制条件情况,实测了轧制压力等工艺参数。从工况轧制压力范围出发,在保持辊间接触总压力不变和单位宽度上压力不变的条件下,研究了中厚板轧机辊型曲线随板宽变化的情况。分析表明,辊型曲线最大凸度值与板宽变化相关。即在保持辊间接触应力均布的情况下,总压力不变时,工作辊辊型曲线最大凸度值随板宽增大而减少,支承辊辊型曲线最大凸度值随板宽变化不大,而当单位宽度压力不变时,工作辊与支承辊的辊型曲线最大凸度值均随板宽的增大而增大。
According to different plate width and rolling condition, process parameter such as rolling pressure are measured. It discusses roll shape curve variation state along strip width from two aspects; invariable total contact pressure and invariable unit pressure. The analyzed results indicate that the maximum plate crown value of roll shape curve is related with plate width variation. If the inter--rolls contact stress is even distributed and total pressure is invariable, the maximum plate crown value of work roll shape curve decreases with strip width increase. But hack--up roll subjects to little influence. However, if unit pressure is invari- able, the maximum plate crown value of work roll shape curve and back-- up roll shape curve increase as strip width increases.
