摘要
采用开环及半闭环系统的数控车床由于从驱动电机到机床工作台之间无反馈装置,其加工精度受机器本身制造精度及人为编程、操作影响较大。主要讲述将人为影响零件加工精度比例减小的几点措施。
Because there is not feedback equipment between the engine to the worktable in lathe with open or half - open loop system, its machining precision is influenced by the manufactured precision of itself and human's programming and operating greatly. A few measures is introduced in this paper to decrease the influence of human factors on the machining precision.
