推土机终传动齿轮三维参数化建模

摘要 结合推土机终传动齿轮的设计,将CAD/CAE技术引入齿轮设计开发领域。借助Pro/E软件,通过方程式控制齿廓的渐开线形状,并利用参数设置实现三维参数化实体建模,这对提高设计质量,缩短设计周期,降低产品成本,快速满足市场需求具有重要意义,同时为实现高效的现代设计作了一些有实际应用意义的尝试。 This article introduces the CAD/CAE technology on the design of the final transmission gear of bulldozer, in view of the insufficiency on gear design development. By using Pro/E software and the equation of controlling the gear shape, an actual parametric model of cylindrical gears constructed. This guarantees the involute profile of the gear, which can shorten its design period , lower its product cost and satisfy the market need. At the same time for realization efficiently of modem designed to make some is the actual applied meaning of trial.
