摘要
介绍一种铝棒自动卸料装置。机构采用液压驱动,螺旋传动移位,螺母位移与活塞微动相配合夹紧,可同时夹持多根铝棒。工作过程全部由计算机自动控制,具有工作平稳,夹紧可靠,生产率高等优点,适于圆棒卸料装箱。
The automatic unload mechanism of aluminum stick has been introduced. The hydraulic pressure is used to drive screw and piston. The nut displacement cooperates with the piston micro -displacement to clamp aluminum stick. Many aluminum sticks could be clamped together. The whole progress is controlled by computer program. This machine has many advantages like work smooth, clamp credibility and high productivity. The round aluminum stick can be unloaded and laid in box by using this machine.
