摘要
〔目的〕建立有效测定洗手液中三氯新含量的方法。〔方法〕采用高效液相色谱法,样品用流动相溶解超声萃取,用0.45μ膜过滤,在ThermoODSC18柱(5μm,4.6×250mm)上分离;以甲醇-乙酸铵缓冲溶液为流动相,体积比为80:20,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm。〔结果〕用外标法定量,三氯新的回收率为93.5% ̄97.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3% ̄2.1%。〔结论〕方法操作简便快速,精密度好,准确度高。
A method has been developed for the determination of triclosan in liquid soap by HPLC with UV detector. The samples were dissolved with the mobile phase by ultrasonic method. Portions were K[tered through a 0.45μm cellulose membrane filter before injection into the HPLC system. A Thermo ODS C18 (5μm,4.6×250mm i.d)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water(80:20,v/v) containing 0.02M NH4AC and UV detection at 210nm. The effluent flow rate is maintained at 1.0 mL/min. External standard is used for quantitative determination. The recoveries of triclosan were from 93.5% to 97.0% and the RSDs were from 1.3% to 2.1%. The method is simple and rapid with good accuracy and reproducibility.
