摘要
分析了回归反光织物中玻璃微珠直径变化对单个微珠反光强度和回归反光织物反光性能及其他性能的影响。提出了织物覆盖率的概念。结果表明微珠覆盖率越高,织物的反光强度越高;玻璃微珠直径增大时,反光织物的厚度和面密度会增加,微珠的反光强度增强。
In this paper, the influence of glass bead diameter on single bead and property of retro-reflective fabric are discussed, moreover, it brings forward the conception of glass coverage. The results show that the larger glass coverage is, the higher reflection intensity of fabric is. In this paper, it also concludes that the fabric thickness, per acreage weight of fabric will enhance and the reflection intensity of bead will increase when bead's diameter larger.
