Humanity-oriented Education and the Management of School ——a Practice and Research on the Conception of Running a Teaching-focused University

本文在研究办学理念内涵和特征的基础上,提出了“育人为本、质量第一,经营学校、适应市场”的办学理念和实现这一理念必须构建的两大体系与两大机制,介绍了实践这一理念取得的成果。
