摘要
现有的对教师生存状态与生命关怀的相关研究主要集中在实证调查、心理分析和专业发展三种研究取向上,出现了关怀学生多,关怀教师少;关怀教师“类”生存多,关怀“具体的人”少;从单一方面关怀教师多,从整体上关怀教师少的问题,没有提升到教师生命的高度关怀教师的生存状态。理想的教师生存状态应该是“诗意地栖居”,而“诗意地栖居”是教师自由的栖居、创造的栖居、精神相遇的栖居和自我超越的栖居。
Current studies relating to teachers' existence state and life concern mainly focus on the positive investigation, psychological analysis and professional development, thus arising the problem of more concern given to students, but less to teachers, more care of teachers' genus existence, but less care of specific individual; more care of single aspect of teachers, but less care of the whole part of teachers, lacking the kind of concern of teachers' existence state from the point of teachers' life. The ideal teachers' existence should be dwelling in education poetically, which means that teachers dwell in education in the way of freedom, creation, encounter inspirit and selftranscendence.
