After a survey of teachers＇ educational beliefs, professional knowledge, professional ethics, professional attitude and motivation, professional autonomy and development, professional self-awareness in the common senior schools of Shanxi province, we have an idea of the current situation of teachers＇ development in the common schools, thus providing the basis of making decisions for the development of senior schools and planning of teachers＇ development in the coming 3 or 5 years.
