文章通过井下压力计实测卡片的对比分析，总结了近千张不合格卡片产生的故障原因，得出一套成熟的卡片质量分析经验，对查找仪器故障具有切实可行、简便而迅速的作用。

Through analysis on down hole pressure gauge measured card the main reasons of the failure of thou sands of cards were summarized in this paper. A set of quality control experience was get from the analy sis.
