设备陈旧老化，已成为制约石油工业进一步发展的重要因素之一。根据测井设备更新中遇到的XSKC－92亩板不能处理WQ85－3型微球测井信号的问题，在全面论证的基础上，提出了一个解决问题的思路：改制微球仪电子线路；实现信号传输方式与缆芯分配的一致．通过在沙27－4等10多口井的现场测井，所取资料优质可靠，实现了XSKC－92与WQ85－3的配接。

The out-moded machines have been one of the factors restricting the development of oil industry. Thispaper, on a special issue that the XSKC-92 panel can not process the WQ85-3 signals while renovate log-ging equipment, put forward a idea on solving the problem: modifying circuit of MSFL tool and realizingthe uniform between signal transmission and cable core distribution. The method was proved by field log-ging on SA-27 and more than ten other oils and the data obtained were reliable.
