专业市场与中小企业集群相互促进,强化了中小企业集群的竞争优势。但随着产业区专业市场与销区专业市场的市场功能出现了分工,产业区专业生产服务功能虽然得到加强,而销区专业市场的建立,却降低了销区产业进入门槛,促进了产业的扩散。落后地区可以利用专业市场营销关系的变化和东部企业集群的示范效应,模仿沿海地区成功做法,吸引来自专业化产业区资本的投资,推动当地中小企业和企业集群的发展。
Specialized market and SME clusters promote each other, which strengthens the competitive advantages of SME clusters. With the development of sales specialized market (SSM) and industrial specialized market (ISM) , SSM has its own market functions. Service function of ISM becomes stronger, while the setup of SSM reduces the entry of ISM, enlarges and spreads industries. Underdeveloped regions can take advantage of the changes of sales and operation of specialized market and the examplary effects of Eastern SME clusters, learn from the experiences in coastal regions, absorb capital investment from specialized industries, and promote the development of local SMEs and SME clusters.
