The Construction of Trans-regional Networks of Industrial Clusters: a Case Study on Fujian IT Industrial Clusters

福建电子信息产业集群由于受行政区划限制,一直未能突破行政区域实现自然发展。要改变过去“各自为政”、“行政分割”的状况,要求在县市域经济层面、省域经济层面进行跨区域网络构建,并通过完善跨区域网络构建中的节点建设,打破行政区划的锁定状态,实现优势资源的跨区域共享与合理分工,引导产业集群走向高端道路。

Because of the restrictions of . administrative divisions, Fujian IT industrial clusters have been unable to break through the administrative regions to achieve a natural development.To change the fragmentation and administrative division, we need to construct the trans-regional networks between the economic dimensions of counties and cities and of provinces. In order to lead the clusters to high level, we should improve the node construction of the network, break the lock-in of administrative divisions, and realize the share and rational division of advantageous resources across the administrative regions.
