摘要
20世纪70年代末至80年代初,随着世界各国经济的发展,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,都先后出现了大规模基础设施建设与资金短缺的矛盾。因此,作为一种探索解决融资紧张问题的创新模式--ABS模式的产生便具有积极意义。本文试图通过对ABS模式独特点与优势的分析,探索它在我国企业项目融资中的应用价值及应关注的问题。
With the rapid economic development in the world, at the end of 1970＇s and the beginning of 1980＇s there exists the contradiction between the large-scale infrastructural construction and the fund shortage in both of the developed and developing countries. Therefore, ABS pattern, an innovation pattern to solve financing problem, is very helpful for business growth. This article, by analyzing the particular characteristics and advantages of ABS pattern, discusses its application value and related concerns in enterprise project financing.
