摘要
本文指出了绿色建筑市场化的重要性,通过列举绿色建筑特点分析了其市场化的可能性,结合实际案例充分展示了绿色建筑所具有的巨大经济效益和市场化潜力,最后结合笔者实际的工作经验,给出了实现绿色建筑市场化操作的四条原则性建议。
This article focuses on how to run green Building (GB) by marketing solutions. It points out the importance of running Gb by marketing solutions. GB's characteristics have been listed and the feasibility to develop GB through marketing has been analyzed. Several real case studies have been given to demonstrate the economy benefits and marketing potential of GB. Four rides have been proposed for GB implementation.
