The index system of evaluating 3PL＇s core competence is made based on the method of attribute theory. 205 3PL enterprises＇ data is simulated and sequenced by computer. The result can be readjusted according to different psychological power, which can reflect the influce under different people＇ s interest. The use of the method of attribute theory has added a new and effective approach to the evaluation on the 3PL＇s core competence.
