本文提出建设区域性高校网络图书馆,完善我国区域高等教育文献保障体系,并分析了区域性高校网络图书馆的内涵和建设区域性高校网络图书馆的规模定位、运行模式以及功能设计。

This paper presents an assumption of establishing regional academic libraries＇ network in order to perfecting regional academic library and information system in china. It also introduces the meaning of regional academic libraries＇ network, then it analysis scope orientation, circulation mode and function plan of regional academic libraries＇ network during construction of it.
