摘要
描述数字和网络通信技术在船用二冲程柴油机工况测试分析中的实际应用,用缸内压强变化Δp和工质的比焓ΔH参数以及热工技术的分析方法对柴油机工况进行实时监测.对Δp和ΔH参数在热工分析中的物理意义与数学方法进行探讨.根据进排气温度T,Δp和ΔH等参数,按照热力学开口系统考察船用二冲程柴油机运行工况,实现对柴油机的燃烧、运行和故障前兆现象的实时监控.
The application of numeric measurement and network communication technology in 2-stroke marine diesel engine of the cylinder pressure parameter △p and contrast enthalpy △H for real time supervise is described. The parameters of △p and △H of 2-stroke marine diesel engine on running condition thermodynamic analysis in physical and mathematics are studied. According to exhaust temperature T, △p and △H parameters under the open thermodynamic system the running condition of the 2-stroke marine diesel engine is inspected to realize the real time supervision for combustion, running and failure portentous of diesel engine.
