摘要
研究基于W eb的车削加工过程仿真与优化的实现方法,开发出基于TCP/IP的Browser/Server架构的车削加工过程仿真与优化系统,建立车削加工过程的切削力模型和优化模型,使用户通过IE浏览器输入不同的加工参数即可浏览到同一页面上车削加工过程的几何仿真和相应的切削力曲线及应采用的优化切削参数.
A way to implement Web-based turning process simulation and optimization is studied. The network environment of simulation supported by Browser/Server architecture which complies with TCP/IP is established. The system of Web-based geometric and physical simulation of turning process is developed. Cutting force models and optimization models of turning process are established. Users can view the results of geometric and physical simulation of turning process in the same Web page after inputting different machining parameters. The optimal cutting parameters can be obtained by this system.
