基于ANP的企业可持续发展评价指标体系与方法

Evaluation system and method of sustainable development for enterprises based on ANP

通过采用一种新的评价方法—网络层次分析法(ANP)建立企业可持续发展的评价指标体系,分析了指标之间的相互影响和依存关系,并与层次分析法(AHP)进行了比较。结果表明,ANP法和AHP法在数值上有较大的变化,但总的排序结果相差不大,ANP方法得出的指标权重趋向均衡化,增加了指标权重的可行性和合理性。最后给出了对现实评价问题的处理方法,为企业和政府相关部门提供了决策方法和依据。

The sustainable development strategy of enterprises is a decisive factor to their survival. How to evaluate one enterprise＇s sustainable development level has been an urgent problem. Some existent methods didn＇t analyze the influences and independences between one index and another and didn＇t accord with the facts in real world very well. This paper introduces a new method-analytic network process （ANP） to establish a new evaluation index system, analyses influences and independences between the indexes. By making a comparison between the results of ANP and AHP, it indicates that the numerical values are different but the overall priority orders are almost the same. The index weights of ANP tend to be more balanced than the AHP, thereby enhanced the feasibility and reasonability of index weights. Finally, the paper proposes methods to deal with problems in reality, thus providing a basis of decision-making for the related parts of government and the enterprises.
