碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在EMs中研究进展

摘要 子宫异位内膜的种植和发展必须依赖足够的血供,新生血管形成是子宫内膜异位症(EMs)发生的基本条件。在众多与血管生成相关的因子中,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)起到了关键调节因子的作用。在正常子宫内膜组织中,该因子及其受体有表达,且受卵巢激素的调节。在EMs中,该因子及其受体的异常表达与异位内膜的增殖、黏附和血管生成有一定关系。
