十二井穴刺络放血对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠神经细胞功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨针刺十二井穴治疗脑梗死的机制。方法:以热凝法阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉(McAo)造成局灶性脑缺血为实验模型,采用免疫组化法观察十二井穴刺络放血后缺血区脑组织原癌基因蛋白(c-fos蛋白)的动态变化。结果:针刺十二井穴能增强c-fos蛋白的表达,与同时间段模型组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺十二井穴可通过快速提高缺血区c-fos蛋白的含量改善神经细胞的应激能力。
