摘要
黄酮是灯盏花的有效药用成分,而且含量较高,以前的提取方法都是采用乙醇、甲醇、丙酮等传统有机溶剂加热、回流提取,耗时费事,成本高,工艺复杂,难以取得商业价值。而且甲醇等有机溶剂毒性较大,污染环境。超声波循环提取技术加速处理物料中的有效成分进入溶剂,可以在常温常压下增加有效成分提取率,而且不影响其活性。该研究中采用超声波循环提取与碱水法相结合提取总黄酮,时间短,效率高,成本低,工艺简单,商业价值高,为其走向工业化生产提供了基础。
Erigeron breviscapus flavonoids is an important biology active material. Several methods were used to extract flavonoids from Erigeron breviscapus in the past, which are expensive, complicated, harmful to the environment, and difficult to batch-produce. Lye extraction of flavonoids by ultrasound is studied in this paper, which can overcome these drawbacks.
