摘要
运用协同学的运动方程研究企业技术联盟的形成和演化过程,揭示企业技术联盟的自组织演化特点。一方面,验证了微观与宏观层次的耦合;另一方面,说明系统的自组织演化最终收敛于合作态势或者竞争态势,取决于临界点的微小的涨落。进一步明确控制互化参数、倾向参数和顺从参数的变化,会出现不同的联盟演化结果,并对此进行仿真模拟。
In this paper, a Master-Equation of synergetics is used to study the formation and its evolving process of enterprise technology alliance ,by which the self-organization of technology alliance are presented. On the one hand ,the matching of microscopic state with macroscopic one is proven. On the other hand ,it is presented that the systematical self-organization evolving, which would eventually be converged in cooperative or competitive situations, will be influenced by fluctuation at the critical point. The author believes that different evolving results of technology alliance will be caused by controlling the change of frequency parameter, tendency parameter and obedient parameter, which is simulated.
